Sarah Keilty-Dilling joins Calgary Wild FC as an experienced and accomplished goalkeeper who has consistently demonstrated her skills and leadership on and off the pitch. A born-and-raised Calgarian, Sarah’s soccer journey began locally and led her to remarkable heights, including an impressive NCAA Division I career with the University of Texas at El Paso, where she became the program’s all-time leader in games started (82), wins (41), and shutouts (20). Her standout 2014 season earned her MVP and Female Athlete-of-the-Year honours.

Following her NCAA career, Sarah gained valuable professional experience with FC Tucson, where she added five more shutouts to her record and earned MVP recognition in the WPSL. Returning home in 2016, she thrived with the Calgary Foothills in the UWS League, serving as team captain and winning UWS Goalkeeper of the Year in 2022. She also represented Canada internationally at the 2017 World University Games and participated in national youth camps.

Sarah’s relentless drive and love for her hometown have come full circle with her historic selection to Calgary Wild FC. Her journey stands as an inspiration to aspiring players, proving that impossible dreams can become reality.

Did You Know

Sarah’s mentor is her wife, Jill, who inspires her every day with how hard she works, consistently pushing herself to be better despite whatever obstacles come her way. Off the pitch, Sarah enjoys spending time with her wife and her dogs. She also loves going to the Saddledome and supporting the NHL’s Calgary Flames.
