Entrance Gate & Times

Guests will be able to enter McMahon Stadium through the Gate 1 and Gate 4 which is on the east side of the Stadium. Additional Gates 2 and 3 will become available at peak matches. These gates will be opening 1.5 hours before the match begins, unless otherwise posted.

Banners, Signs & Poles

Banners, flags, and signs may be displayed at games as long as:   

They do not contain language, symbols or images that are threatening, offensive, abusive or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin religion, gender, gender identity, ability and/or sexual orientation or contain commercial, political, or offensive content. 

Signs cannot utilize wood, metal or similar types of materials and may not have any sharp edges  

If affixed to a pole, the pole is hollow PVC and does not exceed 1’ in length 

They do not cover up any existing stadium signage or block other fans’ view 

They do not (in any way) damage stadium property 

Flag-waving during play is prohibited 

Inappropriate signage including all gang affiliations is prohibited. 

Signage not permitted within the Stadium will be disposed of by stadium security unless the fan wishes to return it to their vehicle. The decision regarding the admissibility and/or posting of any banner or sign is at the sole discretion of Security and Calgary Wild FC Stadium management. 

An exception to this rule applies in the Wild Roses Supporters Section. Supporters must abide by the established flag approval process with the supporter group leadership and stadium security. The decision regarding the admissibility and/or posting of any banner or sign is at the sole discretion of Calgary Wild FC and Security Stadium management. Calgary Wild FC and Security Stadium management reserves the right to confiscate any flag or banner that poses a risk or is not approved for display. Parking & Transportation

East side Parking Only – Parking Pass Required  

Calgary Transit - LRT and Bus schedules are provided on the Calgary Transit website.

The McMahon Stadium Onsite Parking Lot Rules and Regulations have been created to provide a safe environment for all guests visiting McMahon Stadium.  

The Calgary Wild FC and The McMahon Stadium Society assume no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage due to fire, theft or otherwise to the vehicle and its contents, however caused. The replacement of a lost, stolen or misplaced season parking pass will be made at the owner’s expense. 
  
Other ticket holders will be responsible for their own parking arrangements. Parking in areas surrounding the stadium is on a game-by-game basis.  

Some of those rules include: 
• Parking lots will open approximately 2 hours prior to the stated event time. Vehicles must exit no later than 2 hours after the end of the event.  
• You must have a valid parking pass to park in the parking lots during match day hours. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.  
• One vehicle per stall. Parking passes are good for one parking stall only 
• Saving spaces is prohibited.  
• No Trailers (of any kind).  
• No grills (of any kind), no oil fryers, no cooking stations, no open fire pits, no tents, no tables, no chairs, no yard games, no generators and no amplified sound systems are permitted.  
• No loitering.  
• Oversized vehicles may be required to purchase an additional parking pass if they do not fit into one parking space.  
• No solicitations, commercial activity, circulating advertising or marketing materials of any kind.  
• No drones or other unmanned aircraft.  
• Failure to obey these rules and any other policies or direction of McMahon Stadium, Calgary Wild FC or parking attendants may result in ejection from the parking lot and/or loss of parking privileges.

Any sports ball that enters the seating area must be returned immediately to the field of play by giving the ball to the match day staff or ball retrievers.

Calgary Wild FC promotes responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and encourages fans to exercise good judgement.  

Fans should be aware of the following policies during Calgary Wild FC matches and their events: 

  • Any fan that shows signs of impairment and/or intoxication may be denied entrance to or will be removed from McMahon Stadium, and subject to arrest. No alcoholic beverages can be brought inside the stadium. No alcoholic beverages served inside the stadium can be taken outside McMahon Stadium. 
  • Fans must be 18 years or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. 
  • Proper photo identification is required to purchase an alcoholic beverage. McMahon and CSEC Staff, and our affiliates, reserve the right to check proof of legal age. 
  • A maximum of two (2) items of alcohol will be sold to an individual at one time. 
  • Alcohol sales end at the 75th minute of matches. This policy is subject to change depending on the event 
  • Each fan is responsible for ensuring they have a safe means of transportation when leaving the facility. 
  • Stadium management reserves the right to change these policies and procedures at any time without prior notice to fans

In the interest of player and fan safety, McMahon Stadium and Calgary Wild FC maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game, including interactions with a player. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate removal from McMahon Stadium, possible arrest and/or loss of tickets.

The Ticketholder understands that WFC Sports and Entertainment Ltd., and the agents of the Northern Super League, will be gathering photographic and video images and recordings during this event which may include the Ticketholder. The Ticketholder expressly agrees that those images and recordings are the sole and exclusive property of WFC Sports and Entertainment Ltd. and hereby consents to Calgary Wild FC’s release and reproduction of all photographic and video images, recordings and likenesses taken during its events for future promotional or commercial purposes, without any notice or compensation to the Ticketholder.

Wild Roses Supporters Group are located in X. Please be prepared for loud noises, drums, smoke, and Tifos. Away team colors and jerseys are not allowed in the Wild Roses Supporters Group Section. Away teams will have a designated location assigned by ticketing.

Visiting Team Fans

Visiting team fans at McMahon Stadium are welcome and treated as any other guest. Verbal or physical harassment of the fans of a visiting team will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and grounds for ejection and/or arrest. A designated location has been assigned. Lost Persons

Children and/or fans who are separated from their family or friends will be escorted by Calgary Wild FC and Security Stadium staff to the Guest Services Office TBC. The Northern Super League and Calgary Wild FC are committed to promoting good sportsmanship by athletes, coaches and spectators alike. We ask for your cooperation in supporting the players, referees and coaches positively and respectfully. Profanity, racial, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory language, as well as any intimidating actions directed at participants or fellow fans, will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the stadium. 

By attending today’s match, you agree to uphold the following Fan Code of Conduct: 

  • Show respect for all participants, including players, coaches and officials. Abusive language or behaviour will not be tolerated. 
  • Create a positive atmosphere by engaging in fair and supportive behaviour, applauding good play and maintaining sportsmanship. 
  • Treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or disability. 

Please remember that any form of violence, discriminatory language, or aggressive behaviour will result in immediate ejection and potential legal consequences. Throwing objects or engaging in intimidation will not be tolerated.
