Caleigh Boeckx is a winger/outside back from the Wild FC’s hometown of Calgary. She played four years of university football in Texas at Rice University, where she was part of the team’s leadership group (captaincy) in her final season, helping lead the program to two of its best seasons ever. In her final two seasons, Caleigh started all 35 matches, amassing nearly 3,000 game minutes and contributing six goals and three assists.
From 2017 to 2021, Caleigh was involved with the Canada Women’s National Team program, playing the full 90 minutes in qualifying for the U20 World Cup. From 2017 to 2023, she also played semi-professionally with Calgary Foothills in the United Women’s Soccer league.

During her career, Caleigh has been recognized as All-Conference twice, Conference All-Tournament Player, and Defender of the Week. She was voted “Fans’ Choice” to start at LB for Canada’s Senior National Team. Her additional awards include Conference All-Tournament, Conference Defender of the Week, two-time UWS All-Conference First Team, two-time Conference Champion, two-time NCAA Tournament, and Fans Choice for starting XI at fullback, Canada Senior National Team.
