Christie Gray is a wing/wingback who previously played for the Shelbourne Football Club in Dublin, Ireland. Christie grew up playing many sports but always loved soccer the most. Her dream to play pro began when she went with her team to watch Christine Sinclair, and the Canadian National Team play at BC Place. She has never waivered in chasing her goal since. Sinclair even signed her pink Nike soccer boot, she says it was the best day of her life. Christie went on to play four years of varsity soccer at Queens University. She met and played with many amazing people during her four years at Queens before receiving an opportunity to play in Sweden and Ireland. She is now embracing the opportunity to come home and play in Canada.

Christie’s role model is Vanessa Gilles who converted sports from competitive tennis to soccer at age 16, and is now going to make history with Team Canada and for some of the biggest clubs in the world.

Christie’s career highlights include winning the 2024 Irish FAI Cup, being the top goal scorer for RIK Karlskoga in 2022, named co-captain of Queens Women’s Soccer from 2020-21, and being named a USPORT second team All Canadian.
